    Up 2 lbs....I think. My sodium intake the last few days has been so bad with the ham and I'm bloated so I have no idea...hams almost gone, so going to drink even more water and get back on track for next week!! So not happy!!

    - drank 8 cups of water ~ 5
    - ate 2 servings of fruit ~ 0
    - ate 3 servings of veggies ~ 3
    - avoided sugary snacks ~ 4
    - logged in your journal ~ 7
    - exercised 45 + minutes ~ 2

    I lost two pounds this week.

    I drank 8 cups of water 6 days.
    I ate two servings of fruit 7 days.
    I ate three servings of veggies 3 days.
    I had no candy or sugary snacks 5 days.
    I logged all food eaten 7 days
    I worked out 30+ minutes 4 days.
    I worked out 45+ minutes 2 days.

    It was birthday week, so I had cake…twice! Plus Easter brunch. Plus the beginning of a week long business trip on "Eat Street" in Minneapolis. Whew - a challenging two weeks!!
