    Had my first son in August and have been struggling to lost the 35 pounds I gained. Been making pretty good progress so far, myfitnesspal is def a help! I'm breastfeeding I don't let my intake go below 1500 calories.

    At one point a number of years ago, I was around 200lbs. I dropped a lot of dress sizes, got down to 116...Theeeen I quit smoking, AND found a taste for wine (also found that wine packs on the pounds for me). Between the quitting smoking slow down in my metabolism and the wine, I gained 30 pounds back! Now I'm doing 5ks and am monitoring my wine intake more diligently.

    I work long, sometimes irregular hours and live only a stone's throw from the office, so I'm trying to find ways to build more activity into an already-packed lifestyle. Another goal is to build a streamlined routine for eating healthfully even when I have very little time for cooking. I'm always looking for creative tips!

    GW: 125, give or take. Not focused on weight (I rarely weigh myself), just want to maintain healthy eating habits and exercise in moderation to get a little more endurance and muscle tone :)

    Pretty much all my life I've hovered either right at the top of the 'healthy' range for someone my height, or - more often than not - a few pounds over it. I can't deny I've had fun doing it - never really watched my weight; always eaten what I wanted; been pretty happy with my body. But after finally realising that being even a couple of pounds overweight can have some unwanted long-term effects - and also that a little restraint never hurt anyone - I'm finally making a conscious effort to remain firmly in that happy, healthy green zone.

    I'm definitely no saint, but through a little moderation I've already lost 12lbs.

    I'm fairly new to My Fitness Pal, so support and new friends very much appreciated!

    Im about 168 cm
    Start weight 75 kg ( but i started again after gaining the weight back, at 68kg)
    Current weight: 64.5 kg
    Goal weight: 55- 58 Kg

    Im German btw, so even language wise we are close :)
