Up 2.8 lbs this week! Easter was iffy and last night I went CRAZY with Mexican...plus, I haven't pooped in like 5 days. TMI, sorry!

Good morning everyone. The scale moved in the right direction this week. Still not anywhere near my goal but at least I'm losing right? =D

I've got 3.8 pounds to lose in order to reach my goal. I know I won't make it since that's way too much for me to lose in a week but whatever amount i have managed to lose by next week I will still be happy because at least I'm still losing.

I gained. Not as bad as I thought honestly but still close to a 2 pound gain. I'm struggling finding my groove because I am finding if I don't limit my calories to 1200 I don't lose any weight. But - I am doing the C25K and I bought the 30 Day Shred last night. I figure the 30 Day should shake up my system and if it doesn't I may consider getting some tests to see where I'm at. I've been struggling with staying at this same weight for quite some time - always gaining but never getting much below 215. So it's shock time to my system!! LOL

Lost .05, surprised actually considering I've been under the weather for 5 days, Easter dinner splurge and wondering how much sodium was in my Fire-Roasted Chile Relleno from CPK last night (although only 380 calories and I thought was yummie and filling!) Feeling a bit better today, so hoping to get some gradual workouts going again. That leaves me with 2lbs for my goal weight next week...we shall see

Congratulations!! You can still stay fit while your pregnant. But don't go trying to lose weight now. Stay fit and you'll have a healthy gain and it will be easier to lose after you deliver.0 -
