Congratulations!! You can still stay fit while your pregnant. But don't go trying to lose weight now. Stay fit and you'll have a healthy gain and it will be easier to lose after you deliver.0 -

I gained about half a pound this week, but you know the cool thing is that I've lost 2 inches on my waist and 1 on my hips.
I'm not gasping for air after doing 30 minutes of cardio and can sprint about 4 blocks rather than the 1 I was doing when I started 1 month ago. Things are getting better I just need to keep at it and I feel that the weight isn't always the best indicator, it's the final number.
