New graduates and anybody else who is interested - come and join us on Bridge to 10k.
A lot of what we're talking about is "what next" Speed? Distance?
How to keep motivated.
What we're finding out as we research different topics, talk to people and, well, run.

Is this a new group? can you provide the link to the group?
I'm now doing the C210K trainer (started it all over again) and am approching week 10 (just finished w9d2).0 -
It's an old group that wasn't very active. The Couch to 5K group is awesome, but there's always the risk of people who get to know each other over a period of time developing relationships and in-jokes that can be intimidating to new people. I personally like the regular people on this board and find them informative and inspiring, so it's good to have a place where we can take that next step.

I'll be joining in 3 weeks. Looking forward to re-graduating from C25K and finally moving on.0

Tim, you are one of the people I'm talking about.
BTW, I'm not actually doing a 10k program, though I plan to do a 10k sometime in the future.0 -
I'm still not sure what program I will follow. My wife is using one from Fitness Magazine that looks decent. There are so many out there. I need to be ready by July 4th for the Peachtree, or maybe sooner if I sign up for a 6-mile trail race later in June (and I think I will).0

Yes, come on over now.
I'm working on speed. After my next 5K in May and first sprint triathlon in July, I'll be working on the 10K.0
