Sexy Ab Thursday folks! Yeah, I'm making this stuff up! The weekend is coming up, and we need to stay focused on the foods that make our mid section swell. Let's eat our veggies today & attack our core with a few exercises. Please share your tips for this problem area!

    Deal - I'll join you...I made a spinach, chia seed, banana, peach smoothie with whey factors for breakfast. I've packed quinoa and roasted root veggies for lunch and I have Pilates class tonight before dance :glasses:

    Crunches with legs bent in air sit up where your elbow go through your knees planks AB coaster then where you lay on your back legs straight in air and lift the butt off the floor. Side crunches
