    I'm Dutch and a first year university student, trying to keep eating healthy and exercising now that I've moved out. Hope we can keep each other motivated :D

    Pretty much all my life I've hovered either right at the top of the 'healthy' range for someone my height, or - more often than not - a few pounds over it. I can't deny I've had fun doing it - never really watched my weight; always eaten what I wanted; been pretty happy with my body. But after finally realising that being even a couple of pounds overweight can have some unwanted long-term effects - and also that a little restraint never hurt anyone - I'm finally making a conscious effort to remain firmly in that happy, healthy green zone.

    I'm definitely no saint, but through a little moderation I've already lost 12lbs.

    I'm fairly new to My Fitness Pal, so support and new friends very much appreciated!

    Start weight 75 kg ( but i started again after gaining the weight back, at 68kg)

    Im doing C25k too and I love it! I skipped to W4 after the first day and am on Day 3 of that week. (I skipped since I already ran a bit before and there was too much walking for me.)
    P.S. You are my twin too! Same height,cw. Im 27 and Im fine if my goal is 140 with low body fat.

    No kids, work out strenuously 5 days/week. I haven't gotten my BF done in a while but plan to. I'm mostly interested in that number going down and toning up. Would love to talk to anyone who's my age/size or was my size who's had success. The whole TDEE process is a bit intimidating so I'd be happy to chat with someone who's got it all figured out!

    Sadly i dont really work out-but am working on that, have used MFP in the past but restarted a week ago, doing ok but not sure if i should be eating more TDEE rather than 1200.

    I am pretty strong and like to be active, so at 65 kg I think I should be happy, but I will wait to see when I get there. I think if I maintain my muscle/fat ratio I'll be one happy lady.

    I've been down as low as 135 - way too skinny for me. I like to exercise, so the more muscle I can keep on the better. Mostly I just want to fit back into my favorite clothes. Aliciadalicia I think we are close to being twins. These last few lbs have been the hardest to lose!

    @wendyapple - we are pretty much twins

    GW - 136-138 (was 133 this summer but because I am massively pear-shaped my upper body and face were not looking great and all I got were questions asking me is I was tired :( , so I let myself put a few lbs. back on and I think I'm in a good spot!)
    workouts - 6 days a week (mix of bootcamp, circuit training, Tabata and Les Mills classes like BodyCombat, BodyPump and CXWORX). Running my first 5K at the end of the month.

    Any twins can add me if they want!
