Refeeding

I'd like to know how the refeeding works for the Ketogenic diet? What essentially is the breakdown and do I do it once in every certain interval. I am on my 20th day of keto diet and have lost 14 lbs so far. What are the type of foods and to what extent do I carb up. I'm doing the Keto diet for weight loss purposes btw. thanks in advance.

    i think generally, if your doing keto for weight loss, the idea is to not refeed/cheat for the first couple months at least.

    if your doing serious weight lifting and other training, sometimes a cyclical keto diet, but I don't know much about that.

    Yeah, refeeds are only if you're trying to bulk up muscle while doing keto for fat loss (recompositioning) or if you hit a plateau for a month or two and even the belt doesn't move.
