Lap band surgery

I had lap band surgery about 3 1/2 years ago...I lost 60 lbs and still have 65 lbs to go...MFP says eat 1200 cals a day and I'm finding it difficult to consume them, and since I have been adding exercise more calories are added...Should I just eat to make up the calories or should I just keep doing what I'm doing and not eat all the extra calories?

Great job on your weight loss!
Personally I have found to only eat back a few of my exercise calories. If I eat them all back then I just maintain my weight. Everyone is different so find out what works best for you by trial and error, I'm sure that's not what you wanted to hear but that's what worked for me.
Good luck!0 -

I had the lapband surgery exactly 3 years ago this week. I lost 50 lbs and then got stuck. I find I do best at 1000-1200 calories or less a day. Feel free to add me on facebook same username as here: desireelynnbr0
