So the exercises today are Oblique sit ups, Jack knives level 1, high planks, 90 degree static press, torso twist.

    Ya, how did you complete? Did you look online for the rest?

    For the high plank is it just always 20 of 20 seconds? The video was confusing a little... because they started in a pushup plank and then went to modified knee...but I am not sure how many we should do... lol

    For those who completed, let me know what you did.

    Thanks! I googled squats before and some stuff.. sometimes different stuff comes up. I guess I should just wing it when I don't know for sure. ....any bit is better than no crunches for sure.

    Just realized i didn't add 2 videos & 1 pic. sorry guys. went to visit family for the weekend & was rushing. I'll put it up a day before when i'm going to be busy to make sure this doesn't happen again.

    I always don't really feel like doing it...but feel great after... and then sore after that...but hey, I am already feeling stronger in my midsection! Thanks for doing this, everyone! :)

    Finally done!! Wasn't sure on the reps, so I just did 20 on each side for those that had "right side", "left side"... And I only did two sets...

    Did the torso twists, modified jack knifes and regular sit ups (as I can't be on my wrists for that long).
