I have one more run (W8D3) to officially finish my C25K. But I already completed my first 5K on the treadmill. I don't run fast, so yesterday when I was asked to run 2.75 miles or 28 minutes, I decided to try to 2.75 miles--however long it took. Then I decided I was that close, so why not try for 3.1 miles. And I did! It took me 58 minutes. But I completed a 5K! I ran 18 minutes and .84 miles farther than I have ever run!
