For this one, I did not use weights (as will be the case in all ZWOWs unless I fid some super cheap ones). I did, however, manage to do the correct forms for all reps.

Did this today! My legs feel like rubber! I used 5lb. dumbells and push-ups on my knees due to a bad shoulder but this is a good workout! I did not stop for a break
Alot of cardio and legs!
