New Here!!!!

Hey! I am 45, from Cincinnati, I just started using myfitnesspal and so far I really like it! I am currently in a size 12 and hope to be in a size 10 or 8. I am eating 1,200 calories a day and working out 5 days a week! I am gluten/dairy/soy free. I am trying very hard to be SUGAR free. I am also looking for new friends!

    I'm on week 3 day 3 starting tomorrow. So far so good. I'm liking the work outs even though some days I don't feel up to it, I still do it, and then feel better for it afterwards. Somedays I just have to push myself , but that's okay. We'll get it done. Let us know how you like week one. Welcome, and good luck!
