Hi everyone,
Really want to do this and am going to try, but if i miss a day will have to catch up. Unfortunately am unable to exercise on some days, depending on how I am. Got a few health probs that affect my energy. I did start this before and stopped in the first week. But this time i'm going to do it. Come on, its time
