Im A guy and I used to lift weights all the time. Yesterday, my girlfriend and i took our kids out to eat for my birthday. when i saw my pic with my "HANGING" over my belt and my skinny legs, NO WAY ... NOT ANYMORE0

You actually need to do different exercises for your stomach. Maybe there's a crunch challenge in MFP?0 -

Maybe try mixing up a squat with another move? Like do a squat then when you come to a full standing position, bring your left knee up to meet your right elbow. Then do another squat, and switch. Right knee up to left elbow.0 -
