Back to the cardio thing. Walk/Run/Jog 3 miles, or Bike 7 miles, or swim 10 laps = 1 large
Bonus 2 more miles walk, or 5 more miles bike, or 5 more laps swim = extra large.

Going to check the weather for tomorrow. I am hoping I can get outside to do these things. It's been in the 30's here the past couple of days. If not I will have to do some indoor cardio.0

hey Don,
may I do like 100 or so jumping jacks in place of the running/jogging/swimming? I have 3 children and just cant get the time in for those but I want to do something in place of it.
