Have not been shredding in a while

I did amazing on this diet before my birthday trip in February, but since I am back, I keep trying to retry it again and I just can't. I do the first 3 days and then stop meanwhile I finished the entire book the beginning of the year. I'm just not in the same frame of mind and it is getting so frustrating. I am noticing that a lot of people have not posted in a month. Are we all feeling the same way at this point, or just not sharing our success anymore. I could use some support to get me going on this again.

    I'm just starting out and am on week 1 day 2. I like the flexibility and so far so good. I know I haven't gotten very far :) I like the concept and spacing of meals. That is one of my downfalls so I am hoping to pick up some good, long term habits.
