Pretty much all my life I've hovered either right at the top of the 'healthy' range for someone my height, or - more often than not - a few pounds over it. I can't deny I've had fun doing it - never really watched my weight; always eaten what I wanted; been pretty happy with my body. But after finally realising that being even a couple of pounds overweight can have some unwanted long-term effects - and also that a little restraint never hurt anyone - I'm finally making a conscious effort to remain firmly in that happy, healthy green zone.
I'm definitely no saint, but through a little moderation I've already lost 12lbs.
I'm fairly new to My Fitness Pal, so support and new friends very much appreciated!0 -

No kids, work out strenuously 5 days/week. I haven't gotten my BF done in a while but plan to. I'm mostly interested in that number going down and toning up. Would love to talk to anyone who's my age/size or was my size who's had success. The whole TDEE process is a bit intimidating so I'd be happy to chat with someone who's got it all figured out!

Sadly i dont really work out-but am working on that, have used MFP in the past but restarted a week ago, doing ok but not sure if i should be eating more TDEE rather than 1200.0 -

workouts - 6 days a week (mix of bootcamp, circuit training, Tabata and Les Mills classes like BodyCombat, BodyPump and CXWORX). Running my first 5K at the end of the month.
