3-Don approved modification 100 bicycle crunches and 10000 steps. I did 200 bicycle crunches and walked 11,000 steps

April 5th - Jogged 5 miles + 100 jumping jacks
April 6th - Reached out to a friend + 50 oblique crunches
April 7th - 100 Burpees + 20 (couldn't do the last 30)
April 8th - 10 + 5 planks
April 9th - 100 lunges
April 10th - Healthy meal, posted on thread + walked over 2 miles

April 3rd – yes did 100 squats
April 4th - yes, Under on my calories AND did 10 miles on the bike... legs not so happy with me right now!
April 5th – no (my off day)
April 6th – yes; I have 5 MFP friends that are "in the red" which means they haven't logged in for 3+ days, so I PM each of them the following: Hey I know life gets hectic but it's important to just log your food even if you can't spend time on MFP! I'm here if you need anything & just remember why put off till tomorrow what you can do today! Even a small change today makes you better than you were yesterday!
Also I not only got the courage to share my results so far (my current profile pic) on here, but I have a couple co-workers who have been struggling with their weight loss & I shared the pic with them & together we are working on bringing & sharing healthy lunches.
April 7th - Ok I had to google burpees and I tried but after 38 I was either gonna pass out or throw up (sorry TMI) it maybe because I did my first ever body pump class this morning so I'm already worn out from that. I did do 100 jumping jacks in addition to the burpees I got done. Hopefully The Don will find this acceptable.
April 8th – did not complete
April 8th Weigh-In - SW - Apr 1st: 236.5, CW - Apr 8th: 232.5 for a 4 pound difference
April 9th - Ok I only did 50 lunges because I did a body pump class tonight that consisted of several lunges & squats with weights, my poor muscles can only handle so much
April 10th - yes, For lunch I tried ground turkey meat for the 1st time & I couldn't even tell the difference! WIN! Also I walked 2.5 miles & swam 10 laps tonight!
April 11th – yes did 50 diamond wall push-ups0 -
April 12th - I have gotten in 3.5 miles today. I plan to get a minimum of 5 miles but I'm afraid I might not be able to get online again today so am reporting what I have so far.0

Unfortunately my Monday, April 15th was packed so I was unable to complete the challenge and then yesterday I wasn’t feeling well so I took the day off which means April 16th challenge was not met, however I have reviewed the video for today & will complete the 100 punches!0
