I know I was supposed to start with 50, but I was actually able to do 70. I found 50 squats went by fast when I used my GoFit Kettlebell workout. (Summo Squat, Swing Squat)

Completed 50 w/ 10 pound weight.... Plus all the squats in Zumba / Toning ---- boy I'm feeling the burn!0

I started early...I just completed day 3. I also added in the same about of crunches along with my squats.0

Did mine! I surprised myself too! Didn't think I could do 50, was planning on only doing 30 today. I did 50! Being able to break down the reps really helps. I did 15, rested, 15, rested, 20! Ready for tomorrow0

Did it! While on the first day I did 20 and 30 separated, today I made sumo squat jumps and marching squats (total 40) and finally 15 squats in one set. So, day 2 is done and progress achieved ^__^0

Day 1 is in the books. I broke mine up in 25. After working out with Zumba and weights i'm sure i will feel it in the A.M. Yeah me!!!0

Day one done 50. It was harder than I though it would be. My knee cracked every time. Still got them done. 30 days from now I will have a firm bottom and a bit more of stamina!0

Day one done. Upon waking on day two, my quads reminded me of day one, and I immediately did my 55 for day two. So two days down, 28 to go. :flowerforyou:0
