    4/14 challenge: 100 deep lunges (total from Saturday is 300 leg reps + 2 mins of football sprints)

    @Spike - I'm sure what your definition of a football sprint is, so I'm going to leave it up to you. (Something like butt kicks or ice skaters I'd count, regular running I would not, though I suppose if you're doing 2 mins of full-out sprints you would count that.) If you want to count it, give yourself a point per minute of the activity.

    * also walked 15 flights of stairs today (15 up and 15 down)....not sure how to count these but they are killing my legs, knees, hips, and feet!!!

    CORE moves! Sit-ups, crunches, back extensions.
    If you're doing timed exercises, like Supermans:
    10 seconds = 1 rep

    4/22 did 400 reps of core exercises (100 medicine ball (10#) core pile squats, 100 ab crunches, and 200 windmills).

    Total since Saturday is 400 reps * didn't do any Sat or Sun

    On top of the crunches I did yesterday during my lunch break I also had a bunch of ab work in kickboxing class last night.

    45 V-Ups
    60-12 lb medicine ball crunches
    100-12 lb medicine ball russian twists

    It hurts to laugh or cough :noway:
