@Spike - I'm sure what your definition of a football sprint is, so I'm going to leave it up to you. (Something like butt kicks or ice skaters I'd count, regular running I would not, though I suppose if you're doing 2 mins of full-out sprints you would count that.) If you want to count it, give yourself a point per minute of the activity.0

On top of the crunches I did yesterday during my lunch break I also had a bunch of ab work in kickboxing class last night.
