Unfortunately my Monday, April 15th was packed so I was unable to complete the challenge and then yesterday I wasn’t feeling well so I took the day off which means April 16th challenge was not met, however I have reviewed the video for today & will complete the 100 punches!0

I didn't do the april 18 challenge. From now on I will do every challenge, but I have been so busy lately that's why I didn't do some of the challenges.0

April 19th - Ate 5 servings of vegetables and got in 6.3 miles.
April 20th - No knuckle pushups for this girl...I struggle with regular ones. I did get in 50 regular push-ups if that can be accepted as an alternative.
April 21st - I did not get in calf raises, however I did have a 90 minute horseback riding lesson with LOTS of posting work which is a serious leg workout.0 -
