I'm filling out heybales super awesome spreadsheet. Is there a quick way to get avg cals eaten? Do i have to plug each day in somewhere?
Thanks!

Ahh, for the Progress tab.
Ya, I didn't include calorie logging anywhere.
I personally log each day in the Food Diary the amount eaten and burned and net.
That way I can look at a time span of days, just the Food Diary alone, and add up whatever I want to add up.
I've seen others add a tab to the Google sheet, or a sheet the the Excel version, and keep track there.
That's why I never included it, so many showed me different ways they log it, I figured I'd leave it alone.
Though, hmmmm, I could have some basic form.......0 -
Ok, so I just need to find a place to log the data, then can average as I see fit. Thanks!0

I just realized the app is much easier to view the daily totals, for a week at a time. Just sit there and 10-key in down a column the totals, pull an avg at the bottom.
Hmm, maybe I will have to think about easy way to include that.
Your opinion, based on fact people don't measure weekly, maybe only monthly.
Include a column for up to 30 days to enter in daily eaten, pull an avg, and let you record it in Progress tab?
Far over on the right side, left side? The way spreadsheet data is entered, has to be a column going down though.0 -

What app? Where can you see daily totals without tapping to go from page to page -well, day to day?
What do you mean 10 key?
I measure monthly
Are you at all referring to the ipoarm spreadsheet?0 -
The Android app, Weekly tab, you can touch each day and get the total eaten, or just touch the AVG column and be shown that weeks avg. Only bummer on that part is your weigh week may not be the same as their Mon to Sun week.
But at least each day can be viewed.
10-key, like the calculators of years past with paper, but using the keypad on computer keyboard. In spreadsheet, enter number and the selected cell goes down one automatically.
So not sure what the ipoarm spreadsheet you may be thinking of, Pu has 2 of them, neither use ipoarm method really, though you can make it work.
I'm talking about the Progress tab on the mine, adding a section on the side, to enter up to 30 days eating or however many you want, and it'll pull avg for you.0 -
Ok, spreadsheet updated with new Progress tab, with section on right to enter in daily calories eaten total for however long your time is between measurement stats.
Quick and dirty, with with app ability to look at just that info, pretty easy. If just using website, ya, they don't give as easy a report to view.0 -
That's a great addition to the spreadsheet. I'll have to figure out how to update it when I am more awake. I have the ipad app and I can scroll through for daily totals and on the weekly view it shows me a graph of net calories, but no specific numbers attached. Maybe the other apps are different. It's no problem inputting manually once I get used to it.0

In the weekly view, touch a column in that graph that shows that day's total eaten. Should show the actual number.0
