Im so nervous

I want so badly to start eating healthy and working out regularly and everytime I decide to do this, it only lasts for 1 week. How can I stay on this routine for the rest of my life if I can only do it for 1 week. need some advice here!

    Take it small baby steps. They say if you workout ten days straight your body start to expect it. I still binge here and there. I caught myself yesterday. Every day is a new day to start over. Just remember baby step. If you would like support add me as a friend.:flowerforyou:

    I'm definitely going to baby steps! Like i said, i just have the hardest time staying with the routine. Thank you for your advice i will definitely try to follow it.
