Instructions for new 4 week IF challenge.

Hi, All:

Here are the instructions for the current 4 week IF challenge. We will post once a week, usually on Mondays, but today we're off to a later start.

Create a post and state your current weight. If you're interested, you can include your body fat percentage, but only your weight will be included in the spreadsheet. You also may want to state what form of IF you are using, your history with IF and your current goals.

LowcarbNY, the member who very graciously has offered to update the spreadsheet, will post a link to it in due time.

If you forget and need to post your weight late, no worries. Send a PM to LowcarbNY. He will check the thread for updates through Tuesday night, after that, send him a PM.

Also, we will lock each week's weight posting as soon as the following Monday arrives. If for any reason you forget to post for an entire week, just PM LowcarbNY your numbers and he will record them.

Any further questions regarding the weight loss spread sheet should be sent directly to LowcarbNY or me by PM.
