Hi everyone, I started JMBR on Monday and I really like it. I've seen people have some amazing results and I'm excited! The only thing is, I'm at least at an intermediate level of fitness (I've done Insanity, 30DS, etc.) and at this point I find the program to be a little... well, easy.

Part of me wants to finish this week and then move on to workouts 3 and 4 next week, instead of doing 1 and 2 for another week. Possibly do the same thing with 3 and 4 if they're easy too. It's just kind of boring since it's not that hard. I'm doing the "harder" modification of almost every move (except pushups, can't do those) and I still don't feel incredibly challenged. I mean, it's not a piece of cake, but I'm not sweating and gasping for air either (which in my mind is what a "workout" should be).

My only concern is that I know the lower levels are supposed to prepare your for the harder stuff later... so I'm kind of afraid if I do this I'll get to like, phase 3 and not be adequately prepared. What do you guys think?

Oh yah if I do it again I think I will skip the first month, or just shorten it to two weeks. That first month is great to ease you in if its been awhile, and it's not intimidating. But if you have been regular you will find the intensity jumps a lot in month two. And month 3 well.....lol! One thing I have done is in month 1 use the month 2 cardio as well.
    Make it YOUR workout!

I say do whatever works best for you. I'm sort of doing the opposite because I want to make the program last six months, so I'm doubling each phase and doing the harder modifications in the second half of the month. If you're in good condition, definitely skip ahead. You can always go back if you think you made a mistake. That's what I love about programs like this. You can customize them to what works for you.

I say do what works for you and yes, if that's it, then GO FOR IT! What I did was added an extra cardio in almost every night to help feel the burn :) I wanted it to be EXACTLY 90 days tho so.... :)

It is a great program and NO FEAR, you will be challenged later on!

^^^I love this idea, can I steal it? ^^^^^

I am thinking about starting again next month. I will probably add in some 20 minute yoga after each session, that is one area - flexiblity - where Jillian falls short. Also I might sub in some other cardio DVDs (insanity, Pink method) and add some more bas. But I love the idea of just doing two workouts for a whole month and really mastering them!
