OK, measurements for the day. (PS I am uncertain about that home body fat test. It asks you about everything except your waist circumference, which for me is where I carry all my fat?)

Heeeeere we go! I think I must have lost a lot of water weight before this started. I was at 217 last week and my scale has not budged an inch on the floor. I will measure first thing in the morning after waking up.
