Let's work the calves today, and work them hard!! Calf raises off raised platform ( step, board etc ) . Get the balls of your feet on the edge of the platform and raise up on your toes and squeeze, then back down so your heels go to the floor. Do the best you can and slow if necessary. If you are not used to these, cramping can occur so use you judgment as to the intensity. Good luck!
