Thursday, April 25: Long Cardio Day

Any kind of cardio if fine, just get that heart rate up for at least 45 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.

Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, bike riding, etc…)

    Did a quick 30 min run before work, planning on a 45 min walk at lunch if the rain holds off and then a long run after work.
