Great job on the challenges and weight loss last week everyone!!!! I am not going to be participating in this week's challenge as I can't really get a calorie burn in due to my doctor ordering me to stay off of my feet (plantar fascitis) and ab workouts are not an option now due to complications with TOM (praying it is not another cyst). Hopefully I will be back next week or the week after that at the latest.
