    4/25 challenge: 600 core reps: 100 pushups, 200 leg circles, 200 arm circles and 100 hip rolls (looked easy and started ok but ended up being a killer on the abs and obliques!!!)

    Total since Saturday is 1600.

    Great job on the challenges and weight loss last week everyone!!!! I am not going to be participating in this week's challenge as I can't really get a calorie burn in due to my doctor ordering me to stay off of my feet (plantar fascitis) and ab workouts are not an option now due to complications with TOM (praying it is not another cyst). Hopefully I will be back next week or the week after that at the latest.

    Tomorrow might be a rest day for me so I'm going to go ahead and put my calories burned for the weekly challenge now. I might change my mind though it depends how my muscles feel in the morning.

    So, this is going to be a week off from the weekly challenges. If you want to keep posting for motivation, just post calories burned again. I'll post results by Sunday!

    Challenge ending 5/10 for weekly exercise calorie burns: Mine is 3,297. I am still having this problem with my foot so no cardio yet to get the good calorie burns :(
