I have been missing out on reporting the last several weeks since I have been up and down, and not being able to weigh in on my normal days. So now things are back to normal and I'm going to start checking in again.
So this week I'm down 1.8 pounds. Woohoo!0 -

Remember when I gained 1.8 pounds last week? And lost 4 the week before? It appears as though my body has a rhythm, because holy geeze! A LOSS of FOUR POINT NINE?! If it weren't for my weighing every day and seeing it steadily go down (I have an aria...it's just interesting) I would think that my scale was wrong.

No such thing as a tiny loss. That is a stick of butter. Just imagine a stick on your underarm. You wouldn't think it was so tiny then! :happy:0 -

Only down .6 lbs this week. This has not been the best week for me. I seem to have sort of derailed the last few days. I have been fighting a bout of depression. Hoping to bust my way out of it. Tomorrow back on track!!!!0

Busy day today, so just getting a chance to check in before bed.
This was the first week I didn't lose at least a pound. I lost .4 pounds. I'll take it, though. I started lifting a couple of weeks ago and I hope I am building muscle and that is why the loss has slowed some. I have a bod pod appointment tomorrow and that should tell me whether or not I am gaining muscle. Fingers crossed!
