I am in 100% THIS time! This will go nicely along with my NO WEIGH MAY Challenge!!! I will track and post my measurements on Wednesdays=) Starting tomorrow=):drinker:0

Yay! First month doing this for me. I'll take measurements to post tomorrow, then every Wednesday I guess. I'm also going to track weight as I'm trying at this point to maintain not add muscle and lose body fat...guess I'm cutting. So I'm expecting my weight to go down.0

ko, after my initial (5/3) weigh in, i'll go back to my wednesday weigh ins (i like them better anyway) and we can all be accountable to ea other!
in april i shot for fri weigh ins & it was awful. the wks seemed longer, i ended up over cheating, when down on fri / or over cheating when NOT down Lol, then had two days off for the wkends, & come Mondays i was just plain ole' poopy!

Weighed in today and i'm a lb up but right on par w/ bf% (still @ 14.07) i'm going to weigh in again on wed & then it will be back to full week weigh ins.
I'm also definately not stressed about a "lb" gain - since i up'd my cals this wk. I'll be upping them every couple wks to see where the scales tip - aka, where i start gaining tru lbs (as opposed to diet influx) - so i'll stay @ 1700 until I can hold steady at a weight for a wk then, bump it up again & repeat... but i tell ya, the higher my cals get - the higher amt of grams 45% protein is... adding a pro bar for bfast to help get my intake up

Starting weight 156.8 and BF 23.1, essentially no change from last month.
My nutrition has been off lately and I need to refocus on that. I'm also finally getting into the doctor about my foot injury on tuesday so I'm planning to revamp my workouts based on the diagnosis. Something tells me I'm going to be seeing a lot of the pool and not a lot of the squat rack for awhile:ohwell:0 -

todays cbf: 13.71 *(might be a fluke due to no leg workout yesterday / my thighs were the only thing down on the calipers... i'm thinking less leg swell...)0 -

I am still around, leave for vacation next Wednesday night, and it is also my weigh in / caliper day for the month so I will update once that happens. I am thinking Sat / Mon for the gym so Wed morning I don't have as much water weight/swell when I try to do my update.0

These next 2 weeks are my "deep" cut. So, am really focusing on not ingesting many calories, but still getting 3 x weekly weight-training in (although I won't be setting any PR's with these!).
I'm actually going to do my May-month-end-report on May 24th, because my husband is traveling for 9 days after that. So, he'll take my photos and measurements and whatever the scale weight is, that day, that's what I'm using.
I'm traveling May 25-26 and then again May 30 - June 2, so I have to post all this stuff before I go.
I'll be glad if the next 2 weeks pass QUICKLY....I'm hungry already!

for some koo-koo reason I'm TOTALLY in "sabotage" mode this week....it's my last 10 days and I can't hold it together!
I'm ingesting 200 calories (protein shake) during the day and that is IT. But, between 6 - 8 pm, I'm somehow eating >1,300 calories.
BAD.

You are only eating 200 calories all day & then (essentially) binging on 1300+ calories from 6-8, is that right? Yikes. I'd die! LOL. . . i've had days where i had no time or motivation for anything but shakes, but i still have to consume like 3 of them (@ 170 cals a pop) to stay vertical . . .0 -
So down, 1.4lbs, .58% Body Fat in 15 Days. 10-15lbs left till "goal weight" so not that bad.

Lame on me... I have been really inconsistent with my diet and exercise... I blame it on graduation, family gatherings, and going out with my bf a lot (since he was about to leave for the summer we had been going on a lot of dinner dates). Blegh.0

Well, "Make it Happen in May" did not turn out as I expected....more (unfortunately) of a maintenance month.....maybe even have to classify it as a "slide" month.
I *did* get all of my work-outs in this month and, frankly, I was pretty on top of my diet. So, I cannot account for what happened.
My weight is at 146 lbs. That's same as end of February, 2013.
My waist is up 0.5" from last month. That's same as end of February, 2013.
My hips are back to where they were at end of February, 2013.
I did to TRX last night and expect there is some inflammation from that (I measured first thing this morning), but still.
And, my end-of-April numbers were fully-fasted. The numbers I'm putting up today are fully-fed. So, there's that.
Anyway, am glad I have pictures because, despite the scale and the tape measure, the pictures continue to look better and better.0 -
