I'm 40 which means, of course, I do not understand any of the acronyms you used lol!
I think SW = starting weight? I am weighing myself first thing in the morning - wed. may 1 - right now I'm guessing 225-230
I'm also 5'8" but half of me comes from good Eastern-European farmers stock. My doc pegs my final GW at your 1GW.
