Having recently jumped off the cardio energizer bunny circuit I want your collective opinions on whether I should cut my Tues and Thursday cardio sessions altogether. I do cardio on MWFs.

Depends on your goals and duration. Are you cutting for show? Do you just enjoy cardio? Are you bulking? It depends on different factors.0

My aim is to cut (reduce) bodyfat, but no I am not cutting for a specific show. No I am certainly not bulking. Yes, I figured BEFORE posting there were many different variables to consider. I think as long as I achieve the planned deficit (100,200, etc) below TDEE it doesn't matter. Yes, I guess I do enjoy cardio. But at this point I want to move beyond my preferences and focus on results. Thanks0

start with 2 sessions a week maybe 200-250 cal burn per session0
