Loss of one pound this week! Great job everyone!0 -
Busy day today, so just getting a chance to check in before bed.
This was the first week I didn't lose at least a pound. I lost .4 pounds. I'll take it, though. I started lifting a couple of weeks ago and I hope I am building muscle and that is why the loss has slowed some. I have a bod pod appointment tomorrow and that should tell me whether or not I am gaining muscle. Fingers crossed!
I drank 8 cups of water 4 days
I ate two servings of fruit 7 days.
I ate three servings of veggies 4 days.
I had no candy/sugar 5 days.
i logged all food 7 days.
I had 45 minutes or more of exercise 7 days.

I've been missing for a couple of weeks. I have been away on holiday, but I'm back and am going to try and report weekly again.
I have to report a gain of 4lb - oops!0
