Super Summer Challenge: Starting!

Each week, I'll create a new check-in for everyone to write down where they are. We can discuss progress, what we've done, what we're doing to get there. It will be a great way to motivate one another, congratulate members, and maybe pick-up some tips along the way!

I did my measurements and weight today... here are my stats:

Height: 5'5"

Chest (under armpits): 35.5
Chest (breasts): 38.25
Chest (under breasts): 32.5
Waist (smallest part): 30.5
Waist (belly button): 34
Hips: 38.5
Thigh (L - underneath butt cheek): 23.5
Thigh (L - mid thigh): 21
Calf (L): 13.5
Arm (R): 11.25
Goals: Short-term 5 pounds by end of month. Close to 10 by end of June.
I am good with my workouts, workout daily to some degree... my rest day still involves a dog walk or hike. Currently training for a 5K. I have done several 5Ks, a 10K and 2 half marathons but been dealing with knee injury/surgery so working my way back up to running with C25K. My 5K is May 18. Also incorporating workout DVDs and on final week of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 and will be starting Brazil Butt Lift next week.
I need to be more accountable with food and consistent with tracking.0 -

I am doing a couple of different things for May. I am doing three 30 day challenges: abs, pushups and squats. Then trying to fit in two walks during the work day (about 1.5 miles a trip). I am also doing my daily workout whether it's cardio/HIT/strength/yoga. Plus of course watching what I eat and trying to stay within my calories each day. I DO eat back my workout calories.
My work is doing a physical activity tracker through June so that is helping with my motivation. I would love to see everyone's workout schedules and how they help them. I am constantly trying to get other ideas on how to stay active too. Good luck everyone!!0 -

Oh dear I forgot my weight! It's 145.6. But I started off at 160 after my lil mini me was born so I am doing good, just at a standstill as I am being LAZY!!!0

Hi! I'm Anne! Thanks for starting this challenge...I am ready kick it up a notch!
Here are my measurements (I don't take as many as others...but this is what I've been tracking)
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 137.4
Chest: 32"
Small waist: 27.5
Belly button: 32
Hips: 40"
%Body Fat: 21.4%
Goals: Decrease body fat to 18%. Decrease hip measurement to under 40" (even if it is 39.9"...this is a very hard place for me to lose...but I have lost 2" since January!!!). Get my 5k time under an 8:00 mile. Continue with my lifting routine (which is not my favorite workout; but the one I get the most results from).0 -

Continue weight loss - not sure where that will put me, because it's slowing down some right now FINALLY
Stop smoking - at least fully transition to e-cigs and snus, will work down from there
Push the swim intensity up to 800 m in each stroke, prefer complete swim to be finished in an hour (currently at 1000 m breast stroke, 400 m butterfly, 200 m freestyle, 200 m back stroke OR 400 m each stroke finishing in 65 mins. Hopefully this won't push the burns up any higher!)0 -

I do not just want to lose weight, but also tone up and feel better overall. If I can improve my energy and sleeping patterns by July 1, 2013 that would be perfect!0 -

OK, so I weighed in and took measurements this morning. Oh my! 158.8 (5'2"). Chest 40, waist 33, hips 44, right below belly button (peri-menopause belly fat) 41, right thigh 23.75, right calf 14.75. It has been a long time since I have measured myself so it was a little bit of an eye opener but that is ok. Need to know from where I am starting so I can get to the finish line!
