Per Jenn's suggestion I opened up this board in order to make communication for all of us easier. You can either post here and I can come see your results or you can message me. WHich ever is going to be easier for you. We can chat here, motivate each other here and offer tips for getting through the tougher challenges.

Let it be known that if you do not post here, you do not post in the challenge topic or if you do not message me then I will hunt you down and message you incessantly until I get a response. You were warned! lol

    I did 25 chair rise things plus the 10 for bonus...

    Geez, I know I have wet noodle arms, but this challenge puts it right into my face *lol*

    I went back and did some more, ended up with 35 advance (feet up on chair) and 25 of the easier ones (feet on the floor)

    Ha ha - I teach a workout class on Thursday nights and just started a new type last week called metabolic workout. We were supposed to do mountain climbers (which I haven't really done because it was usually a lower intensity type class that I taught) but ran out of time. So when I came home and saw the assignment I did them tonight - seemed like fate!!! I did the assignment and the extras too.
    I am a newbie- do we keep adding on- do the chair dips then the next day chair dips and mountain climbers?

    No, each day is a new challenge, yesterday was the chair dips, today is just the mountain climbers.

    I put it off as long as I could so I tried them. Nothing pretty at all, but completed 150 mountain climbers. Fun Friday night for me!
