WHich ever is going to be easier for you. We can chat here, motivate each other here and offer tips for getting through the tougher challenges.

Ha ha - I teach a workout class on Thursday nights and just started a new type last week called metabolic workout. We were supposed to do mountain climbers (which I haven't really done because it was usually a lower intensity type class that I taught) but ran out of time. So when I came home and saw the assignment I did them tonight - seemed like fate!!! I did the assignment and the extras too.
I am a newbie- do we keep adding on- do the chair dips then the next day chair dips and mountain climbers?0 -
