I am new to this group but not to MFP.. joined MFP a long while back but have been on, shall we say, hiatus for some time now. I am ready to get started (again!) and stick with it this time. I will be 41 this summer. My goal is drop about 10 pounds. Not much by most folks standards, but for myself, I am not comfortable with my current weight. Mostly, I am working to exercise more and eat better in general and not focus so much on actual weight loss...although it will be nice to see that number go down! I think this group may just give me the motivation I need to keep on keepin' on! Feel free to add me. :laugh:

    Good luck. Journaling and checking in here will keep you on track and motivated. Just keep doing a little bit more every day.
