I should same the say to you. Great job! It may sound a little radical but I'm doing the 5:2 diet in conjuction with clean eating (I have about 2-3 cheat meals on the weekend). I've nixed cario (probably will start again next month) and focus on strength training. At home I use my Rip:60 suspension kit and occasionally attend pole fit classes. Yup...my alter ego is a stripper. lol.0 -
Insanity is really helping me drop the weight fast and I needed it because for 2 weeks didn't lose any weight starting weight 183 weighed in at 172 yayyy 11 lbs down 22 more to go.0

It's just one week and you have such a great attitude. Sometimes I weigh a pound lower on a day that is not my weigh-in day.0

As I said, I sometimes weigh less on a day that is not weigh-in day. Saturday I was down another pound but this morning the pound was back. I will wait until this pound is gone for good before I track my progress again. I just want to make sure it was real weight loss and not just water!!0

A big goose egg this week but that is expected since my diet was poor and I haven't really worked out since April.I'm hoping to reach the 150's by the end of this month. Time to head back to the gym...

Still at 163. Whomp Whomp! I'm such a foodie and love variety but if I really want to lose weight, going back to clean eating is a necessity. Cleaning it up starting tomorrow--really, I will start tomorrow.0 -
