This weeks challenge 5/1 through 5/7

This weeks challenge is to do 500 kick backs a day!! It sounds like a lot but it's not hard to do and you can break them down! If you don't know what kick backs are, go to you tube for a demo! We want the back of those thighs to look just as good as the front...LOL!! Let's do it!! I just went to you tube and I didn't see the version I was talking about when you look up kick back. Look up standing leg curl. You can do this with resistance bands or not!
