I found a site that calculated my bmr while breastfeeding and it said 2200 cal.. That would be to maintain my current weight right? How many calories can I cut out and be ok?
I was only eating around 1400 because it is so hard for me to get my mind around eating a decent amount of calories and be able to lose weight.. I have lost 20 lbs since having Lucas but most of it was that first month when all he did was nurse.. Since then I have lost 10 lbs (over about 7 months) and am stuck at 180.8 (today 181.4.. bad weekend). Please help mamas! Would 1800 be good? Or is that too much of a deficit?
TIA ladies
