Saturday - under calorie and drank all my water.

I stayed under my calorie goal with my added exercise. I don't know if that counts. I blew it and didn't get my water in. I'm sorry family. I've been having a really hard time with that the last few days.0

Had to look up last weeks weigh-in which was 198.9....2.7lb loss!0 -
Saturday: under cal goal and drank more than 10 glasses of water!
Sunday: walked a total of 4,9 miles and did 50 push ups!
Monday: Reached out to my mother in law for doing something active together, but she thinks the weather now is too good to go out and be active... well apparently there is no weather good enough, sadly!
Will do my jumping jacks after lunch!

I forgot to post yesterday. I walked 2.1 miles and did 30 mins of streaching, my body wasn't really cooperating. Todays weight 198.6 which is a 1.4 pound loss.0

I'm not sure if this counts as a good deed, but I know at least 2 people appreciate it.. I've started a group here on MFP and am posting cardio & Pilates playlists 6x a week..
I didn't do the jumping jacks. I was going to but decided to get the stomach flu instead. I'm afraid jumping would be a REALLY bad idea.0 -
Yay, good deed finished for today. My friend was broken up with recently so I spent about an hour today talking it through with him.
Yesterday did 6 miles so got the bonus.

Monday I posted on the board and did the.jumping jacks plus more strength/cross training (posted on that day)
100 bent rows with 3 pound dumbbells done for Tuesday
50 set ups and 50 standing oblique crunches for today. I tweaked my back yesterday and the sit ups were irritating it. I am under calories too! Which is a full challenge on its own. I lowered my calories to 1200 (2 pound weekly loss) on Monday.

Hey team! Sorry I've been a bit quiet on here this week, work has been mad busy and i feel like I've been non stop! Always here's what i have done for last few days...
6th - Post and 100 jumping jacks
7th- 150 rows
8th- 100 crunches and under calories0 -
The plague has more or less be lifted ::knocks on wood::
I've done nothing the last 3 days that even remotely involves exercise unless sprinting to the bathroom counts for anything. Today, I scrubbed down the house to get it cootie free and hope to be back to doing challenges as normal.
I can guarantee it that I've been under my calories all 3 days - so if that is part of anything, woo hoo! Viva la evil stomach bug.
I hope you're all doing well and that none of my fellow soldiers have been out of commission too badly.
