Bad news is I am up 3lbs...big sigh, good news is I am now fitting into my first pair of goal jeans! YAHOO! scale is not everything folks! I am sure the weight gain is due to eating more junk than I usually do, many birthday celebrations! But the exercising is def. paying off on the size shrinking!0

I'm exactly the same weight this week. It's the sweet treats, I'm sure. But for some reason my jeans are fitting a bit looser so I don't know.0

Jan 15th I weighed 228 lbs. I lost 24 lbs and my weight started to slow down. I joined this challenge and have lost 10 more making it a GRAND TOTAL of 34 lbs in 15 weeks.

I haven't been checking in since joining this group but I'm back. I have however been keeping up with my weight loss goals though. So here is my weigh in from last Friday, 5/3/13: Start weight 3/18/13 - 184.9.....Weight on 5/3/13 - 178.2....Total loss of 6.7 lbs.....:-) I'll take it!!!!!
