We have arms and abs today!
Cassey wants us to go for a 15 minute jog. If that's not possible, just do 15 minutes of cardio. Here are a couple links to videos for that.
DISCLAIMER: I have not done all of these before and some are a few minutes more than 15 minutes and some are a few under. By no means am I insisting that you do these, I'm just trying to help by giving you some cardio ideas. If you have a favorite or two, I would LOVE it if you would reply and share the link! It's really hard to pick!

Workout been a lil tough but my muscles are getting used to it. Love it and the plank one was actually my fav today!! I was talkin planks with hubby this morning saying I need to improve and the opportunity came up. Super!! I can't wait to see way ill look and feel like at the end of this month.0
