How are you guys doing? It's been a little quiet out there... everybody ok? I hope you're all good. :)

We have arms and abs today!

Cassey wants us to go for a 15 minute jog. If that's not possible, just do 15 minutes of cardio. Here are a couple links to videos for that.

DISCLAIMER: I have not done all of these before and some are a few minutes more than 15 minutes and some are a few under. By no means am I insisting that you do these, I'm just trying to help by giving you some cardio ideas. If you have a favorite or two, I would LOVE it if you would reply and share the link!     Have to do yesterday's workout too, so gonna be fun tonight! :) before i went to sleep yesterday i did the dance vids she uploaded... I'm so not good at that :P

    Workout been a lil tough but my muscles are getting used to it. Love it and the plank one was actually my fav today!! I was talkin planks with hubby this morning saying I need to improve and the opportunity came up. Super!! I can't wait to see way ill look and feel like at the end of this month.

    Oh, that's crazy haha! Yeah there was more planking in today's workout than I think I've ever done since starting blogilates!!
