Hi does anyone here do yoga? if so, what type and why ? I want to start up Yoga so trying to work out the best type to help improve my flexibility & strength. I do muay thai 3 times a week if that helps. I am not keen on Bikram as the idea of working out in a hot room almost gives me a headache thinking about it !

i was doing yin yoga..it is great for hips,pelvis and lower back. you hold the positions for longer periods of time. i really enjoyed it and liked working on my hip flexbility.0

I've recently added yoga to my weekly training. I have been doing a strength yoga workout when I feel extra soar or after a difficult cardio workout to try and increase my flexibility and help me work on breathing exercises.
I don't recall who suggested this to me, but here is the link. I haven't been able to do the full 60 minutes because I don't know all of the poses very well yet.
