What are your 1 month goals during the challenge?

My month goals are: drop a dress size; run 1 km without stopping; and cycle 15 km. At the moment I seem to HATE exercise, other than cycling and yoga, but I don't make this a priority so sometimes only get out once or twice a week. I want to make exercise part of my day and a habit so I don't even have to think about it, I want to just do it without the mental battle!

Mine's a little later than the 1 month but I'm going to attempt to finish the Stadium Stomp at the MCG on 16 June. I'll be in Melbourne that weekend and was feeling a little guilty I won't be able to do my SSS but 7000+ steps on the Sunday is a great alternative...0

MIne is to get under 90kgs and be able to run/jog for 10 minutes without stopping or having to walk.0
