Hey there, good luck with your goal, its totally obtainable.
Do you have a strategy in mind yet? I've been counting calories and slowly adding in exercise.
Me:
5'3" GW 117 lbs, CW 126 lbs (starting 134 lbs), 26 years old.0 -
I'll add you! We're near twins! I was 141lb, but now at 133. Would love to get to the 120's eventually.0

I'm 5'3 and trying to get back to my former 125 weight! I'm hovering in the 140s right now.0

I'm 5'3 and currently 133lbs starting weight was 210ish. I want to be at 115ish. So I'm still counting everything I put in and I work out at least 5 days a week, sometimes 6 or 7 depending on what my boys are doing that week. Its been a long year and a half but I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.0

Hiya (:
Feeling a bit disheartened at the moment, have put a little weight back on. Very frustrating when you don't have too much to lose!

SW: 138
CW: 128

When I first started my goal was to get in the 120's.. now that I am here I realize the actual number is less important than shedding fat and building muscle. So my ultimate goal weight is flexible. I do blogilates, 30 day shred and eat mostly organic unprocessed foods.0
