Yesterday was...well...no lunges.
But today is a new day! I've got chicken in the crockpot for my healthy dinner: chicken tacos. Yum!!

Completed 100 lunges yesterday and ate a super healthy breakfast this morning to get the day started right. No walking but did a spring cleaning today. Hope that counts as some sort of cardio.0

Thursday - 100 lunges
Friday - we don't cook much on Friday. I ate a protein shake for breakfast, and had a wrap and salad for lunch, ate a lean cuisine for dinner. None of it was really cooked, but it I turned down Chinese buffet and happy hour, so I consider this a success. The 2 miles also done.
Saturday : 6 - 10 sec wall sets & 1 -40 sec wall set.0 -

5-10 secs and 1-30 secs done, plus a little yoga.

I did 5 - 10 second wall squats and 1 -30 second wall squat. Ouch!! My legs and butt were still sore from lunges. Lol

May 12 - 1 large + bonus
Already walked 5 miles today, so yay got that! Also, suprised to my mom with a drop in visit and flowers for her and my grandma so bonus!
May 11 - nothing ( I drop the ball on the weekends)
May 10 - No healthy meal, but got the 2 miles run in for an extra large.
May 9 - nada. Can't do lunges with my knees. GOOO Blundettos!0 -
Walked close to 5miles today. Good thing was my son took me to breakfast.0

I did a hour of zumba and 30 mins of walking at 3.8. Im not a mother but i enjoyed the day with my friends and their family, it was a good time.0

I am so sorry, I am running behind on reporting.....
Friday (10th) - Made a healthy kefir and strawberry smoothie for the family (no extra bonus, crazy day)
Saturday (11th) - Wall squats plus bonus completed
Sunday (12th) nothing, so sorry

Friday - Made a salad for lunch(does that count?), walked at least 2 miles during my work day.
Sat and Sun - I totally forgot about the challenge=(
Mon - Down half a pound. Was 163 and now 162.5.

I cook a healthy dinner pretty much every night for my kids and I. Some nights we have cheese sticks and fruit but I'm trying not to do that as much!
Yesterday I walked just over 9000 steps. I started my c25k program. I couldn't get through the whole thing but I did about half. I walked the parts I couldn't jog.0 -
Today I completed 150 step ups.0

Heck yeah! sometimes these challenges are more than just strength and endurance. Some of the challenges are mental and of the spirit. Don't underestimate your ability to do things.
ALSO, There is no way we are whacking you just because your household was hit with a wave of porcelain worship. lol.0 -
I just thought you ladies would like to know that even though that even though I only have weigh in numbers for half of our people... right now our group weightloss is 18.7 pounds!!!! How crazy awesome is that!?!?!0
