Fitness: Wen to the gym Monday, and Today. I plan on going the rest of the week as well . At least 20mins of cardio and 25 of strength
Food: Im doing preety good , not great....
H20: I carry water bottles with me everywhere and i drink iced water all day at work

I agree Sykin it's next to impossible for me to keep up with the challenges anymore. I'm NEVER on a PC and it's rare that I'm on my tablet.0
