Okay Peeps!! This week I think we need to focus on our arms!! Although we may believe we can fly, we don't want our arms to actually look like we can...LOL!! You will need one 10 to 15 lb hand weight for this challenge, if you don't have a free weight, use something else in your house, it doesn't matter. This weeks challenge is to do 50 over head tricep presses every day! If you don't know what these look like, please go to Youtube for an example. It doesn't sound like a lot but trust me, you will feel it after 12...LOL!! Come on Peeps, we don't want bat wings!!!
